Jess Harvey is a Executive and Career coach and consultant with an extensive background in Financial Institutions, Risk and Compliance, and leadership development. With over two decades of experience in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and leading transformational initiatives, Jess has cultivated a unique blend of strategic, operational, and coaching expertise.
Jess began her professional journey in banking, holding roles at globally renowned institutions like UBS, JPMorgan, HSBC and BNP Paribas. Throughout her career, she demonstrated a remarkable ability to unify diverse teams, streamline operations, and drive impactful change across geographies and business lines. Her accomplishments include pioneering compliance frameworks, overseeing regulatory change initiatives, and fostering a culture of risk awareness and resilience.
Inspired by her passion for mentoring and empowering individuals, Jess transitioned from corporate leadership to become a certified coach and NLP Licensed Practitioner. She established Jess Harvey Ltd., a consultancy firm that provides bespoke coaching, mentoring programmes, strategic advisory services, and tailored training solutions to financial institutions.
